SHOP POLICIES

Thank you so much for your interest in Third Empress. To make sure you are happy with your purchase please take a moment to read through the shop policies prior to ordering so there are no surprises later. We all want to make online purchases with confidence and know that they will arrive when we need them to. If you have any questions that haven't been addressed below please use the form on the contact page to get in touch with me.

ORDERS

Orders placed during the week (Monday-Friday) ship out in 1-2 business days. If a delay is expected you will hear from me with the details. 

Due to the Post Office hours of operation, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, packages will be shipped the next business day.

 

TAX

Orders placed within Canada will be charged 5% GST

Orders placed within British Columbia will also be charged 7% PST

SHIPPING

CANADA: FREE shipping, tracking number provided when order is marked as fulfilled.

USA: FREE shipping, tracking number provided when order is marked as fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL: Because of the cost of international shipping, frequent delays and issues with customs/import fees I am not offering international shipping at this time. Sorry, friends!

All orders ship with Canada Post from the Gulf Islands.

Please ensure the mailing address on your account is current before placing an order. Postage labels are generated based on this address and the package will be returned to me if the information is incorrect. Returned packages cost me money to reclaim from the post office! They also cost money to re-send to corrected addresses!

IMPORTANT: If your package gets returned to me due to an error in your information or because you failed to pick it up from the post office I will have to charge you additional postage fees if you want your package resent. I am not responsible for packages that don't arrive due to the wrong address being provided and cannot provide refunds for lost orders.

I am not responsible for any import fees you may be charged through customs. I am also not responsible for packages returned to me because you did not pay the import fees.

RETURNS

All sales are final and returns are not accepted at this time.

If your order arrived damaged or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please contact me with as much information as possible. Thanks!
